• Nº CLAUSULA – PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS

  El CEDENTE autoriza al CESIONARIO a que incorpore sus datos de carácter personal incluidos en este contrato junto los que se obtengan con motivo de su cumplimiento y vigencia, al fichero creado bajo su responsabilidad, con la finalidad de gestionar la relación contractual, garantizándose en todo momento la máxima confidencialidad y seguridad de los mismos.

  En virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 15 y siguientes de la Ley 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y en los términos que indica su Reglamento de desarrollo aprobado por Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, en cualquier momento el titular de los datos personales podrá ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición, dirigiéndose por escrito a Rambla Cataluña, 77, Pral 2º B, 08007 Barcelona.

  Sirva la misma para prorrogar el contrato que dispone por un año, desde la fecha de la misma. Este requisito resulta indispensable para poder adaptar su vivienda de uso turístico a la nueva reglamentación turística de la Generalitat de Catalunya.

   

  The Assignor authorizes the LICENSEE to incorporate their personal data included in this contract with those obtained by reason of compliance and enforcement, the file created under its responsibility, in order to manage the contractual relationship, ensuring at all times maximum confidentiality and security thereof.

  Under the provisions of Article 15 and following of the Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and on terms that indicates the implementing regulations approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, at any time the holder of personal data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Rambla Catalunya, 77, Prahl 2 º B, 08007 Barcelona.

  This also serves for the prolongation of the actual contract for one year from the same date. This prerequisite is essential in order to adapt the property for touristic usage as in accordance to the new touristic law from the Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia).
